Want Juwa 2.0 on your Android phone? You can download the Android APK, or choose Play on Web if you would rather open Juwa in your browser. This guide walks you through finding the download, installing it and signing in, with fixes for the problems most likely to get in your way.
Choose AGA to manage your Juwa 2.0 access through All Game Arena. If you already use a separate Juwa account, use the Juwa options below.
For the separate Juwa service, open the Juwa download and account page. Choose the Android download there, not the registration button, if you only need the app.

How to Download and Install Juwa 2.0 on Android
1. Open the Juwa download page
Open the Juwa download and account link above in your phone’s browser. You will see separate options for creating an account, downloading the app and playing on the web.
2. Tap DOWNLOAD JUWA2.0 APP
Tap DOWNLOAD JUWA2.0 APP and let the Android APK finish downloading. You can usually find it in your browser’s Downloads menu or in the Downloads folder of your Files app. Do not open a partially downloaded file.
3. Open the APK and review the installation prompt
Tap the completed file. If Android asks you to allow installations from that browser or file manager, review the app source before granting the permission. On many Android phones, the prompt opens a setting called Allow from this source. Enable it only for the app you are using to open the trusted download, then return to the installer.
This permission is different from a harmful-app warning. If Play Protect blocks the file or reports a security problem, stop rather than turning protection off.
4. Install and open the app
Tap Install and wait for Android to finish. Then tap Open, or find Juwa 2.0 in your app list. Once you are done, turn off the browser’s installation permission if you no longer need it.
5. Sign in or create your account

Fixing Common Android Problems
The download will not finish
Check your connection and free storage, then reopen the download page. If the file is incomplete, download it again from the same trusted source. Avoid APK mirrors or “modded” versions that promise unlimited balances or skipped verification.
“App not installed” or “Parse error”
Check that the file finished downloading and that your Android version meets the app’s requirements. If you already have Juwa installed, ask support for the correct update file before removing it. Uninstalling can remove local app data, so make sure you can recover your account first.
Play Protect blocks the APK
Do not bypass the warning. Contact the app provider with the exact message and ask for a supported download. Google recommends keeping Play Protect enabled.
The app opens, but you cannot sign in
Check for typing mistakes and make sure you are using the correct service for your account. Use its password-reset option if needed. An AGA login and a separately created Juwa login should not be treated as interchangeable.
A game stays on the loading screen
Close and reopen the app, check your connection and look for an update from the same provider. If the problem continues, send support your phone model, Android version, game name and a screenshot of the error. Do not include your password.
